Yes, we offer flexible lease terms ranging from 12 to 15 months.
We’ve got several convenient payment options for you! You can pay your rent online, via WIPS, with a money order, or by check. Choose the method that works best for you! We do not accept cash.
Yes, renter's insurance is required. We offer a policy for $10.95 per month, but you can also provide your own policy that meets our requirements to avoid this charge.
Currently, all utilities are the resident's responsibility, so they’re not included in your rent.
Setting up utilities is simple! For electricity, you’ll want to contact City of Longmont. For all other utilities such as water. sewer, pest control & trash, those are managed through Conservice, and they’ll be applied to your ledger.
We recommend Xfinity for internet and cable services.

Yes, we’re proud to be a pet-friendly community! Plus, we have a pet park right here on-site, so your furry companions can have their fun too! Other dog parks located nearby is City of Longmont Dog Park #1 & #2 or Rough & Ready Park.
